Red-Tail Canyon’s magnificent outdoor log lodge is available for weddings and receptions from mid-May through mid-October. A wedding at Red-Tail Canyon Lodge includes the use of the outdoor log lodge, surrounding lawn area and adjoining wooded grove. We feel that this is your special day and therefore reserve this area for you exclusive use during your event.  Tables, chairs and white linens are provided.. If you want additional linens, napkins, skirting or round tables you will need to acquire/rent them separately.


SITE USE FEE:

The price for the use of Red-Tail Canyon’s outdoor lodge and surrounding area which includes complete set up, cleanup, parking, tables ,chairs, linens for ceremony and reception is:

This is for a 5 hour time period plus a 1 hour rehearsal the day before (time set at our discretion) A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required a time of booking and payment in full is due 60 days before the scheduled event. Pictures may be taken 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony and is not part of the 5 hr. timeframe.

The outdoor log lodge is perfect for dancing. Music of all types is allowed, but must be held at a reasonable volume level. We do require that all festivities end by 12:00 midnight and music cut off is 11:00 pm

ALCOHOL:

Beer and wine are allowed. However, a banquet permit must be obtained from the State Liquor Store ($10.00 fee) NO KEGS OR HARD LIQUOR Permitted. Wedding Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol on the premises. The host is responsible for handling all alcohol and must take full responsibility for those guests who have been served alcoholic beverages. Regular bar set-up and service can be arranged.

CATERING:

It is required to have the wedding reception catered by Red-Tail Canyon Farm

Red-Tail Canyon has a commercial kitchen on site. We are available for catering from a complete wedding buffet to a simple fruit, meat & cheese tray. No outside caterer allowed. Wedding menu available upon request.

OTHER AMENITIES:

HORSEDRAWN CARRIAGE: Ask us about the bride and/or groom arriving/departing in a horse drawn carriage to make your day even more special.

HAYRIDES: Red-Tail Canyon Farm is a working draft horse ranch. Hayrides pulled by our beautiful Belgian draft horses are available for the wedding party and guests.

LODGING:

Overnight accommodations are available. You are not required to rent any of the overnight lodgings. The studio apartment is available for bride preparation for $95.00 (plus 10%tax)
