HOW TO RESERVE

A wedding at Red-Tail Canyon Lodge includes the use of the outdoor log lodge, surrounding lawn area and adjoining wooded grove. We feel that this is your special day and therefore reserve this area for your exclusive use during your event.

Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Weddings are booked mid-May through September. Tentative holds on a date are allowed for 72 hours in order to allow time to tour and summit a contract. To secure a date for your wedding the following is required:
• Scheduled appointment to tour the facility and review rental information
• $500 Booking Deposit, paid with a check. This fee does not apply towards your rental fee.
• Completed & signed contract with valid Credit Card (Visa/Master Card) to guarantee booking

Remaining Payments are due according to fee schedule.

Damage Deposit:
A $500.00 Damage Deposit in the form of a check must accompany a completed contract to secure booking. The Damage Deposit does not deduct from your Facility Rental Fee, but will be refunded after the event unless:
• Damage to the facility or equipment was caused during the event
• Contract is neglected
• Booking is canceled

The contracting party will be responsible for all damages to buildings, furnishings and property.

FACILITY RENTAL FEE

  • Up to 125 guests: $2500.00
  • 126 – 250 guests: $3750.00
  • 251+ guests: $4500.00

The site fee is based on the size of the wedding and does not include tax. This includes private use of the entire Lodge area and grounds. Tables, chairs and white linens for ceremony and reception. The overall cost for consultation with wedding consultant, setup and clean up for wedding and reception, parking attendants and catering staff. Wedding must be concluded by Midnight. Audio/Visual and sound system equipment are not available on site.

Facility Rental fees due in full 90 days prior to event.
Deductions from the contracted Rental Fees are not accepted after Facility Rental fee is paid.

Facility Rental Fee is for 5 hour time period, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Any additional reception time will be charged $300.00 per hour. The 5 hour time starts when the ceremony begins or when alcohol begins to be served. Pictures are not included in this 5 hour rental period but can be taken up to 2 hours prior to the wedding at no additional cost. Decorations need to be done during a predetermined 2 hour time period. YOU ARE NOT RENTING THE FACILITY FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. Do not plan on putting decorations together or creating flower arrangements on site prior to the wedding. This needs to be done prior to your arrival at facility.  The wedding must be concluded by 11:00 p.m..

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of any event must be made in writing or via email to redtailcanyon@earthlink.net and a response in writing must be sent back to the contracting party acknowledging and confirming the cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the deposit made with contract. Cancellation received after 90 days out forfeits 100% facility use fee and damage deposit.
